நான் ஒரு பயங்கர கனவு கண்டேன்…
ஆம்… ஷரியா இஸ்லாமிய சட்டம் நமது ஹிந்துஸ்தானில் அமலாக்கப்பட்டுவிட்டது போல அக்கனவில் கண்டேன். கனவில் கண்டவைகளை, இப்போது நினைவுக்குக் கொண்டு வந்தாலும் வயிற்றைக்கலக்கி, எனக்குள் உள்ளூர நடுக்கம் ஏற்பட்டு, நிலநடுக்கமும் உண்டானதுபோல ஆகிறது.
கனவு கண்ட பயத்தால் நான் போட்ட கூச்சல், வீட்டிலுள்ளோர் அனைவரையும் அந்த நள்ளிரவில், என் படுக்கைக்கு வரவழைத்தது. எனக்கு என்ன ஆயிற்று என படுக்கையை சூழ்ந்து கொண்டு, ஏதோ காக்காய் வலிப்பு வந்தவனைக் கண்டது போல, என்னை விபரீதமாகப் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருந்தனர். இதை என் ஓரக் கண்ணாலேயே கவனித்து, எப்போது லைட்டை அணைத்து அறையைவிட்டுப் போவார்கள் என அசந்து தூங்குவது போல பாசாங்குடன் கண்ணை மூடிக்கொண்டு, எரிச்சலுடன், கிடந்தேன்!
கண்ட கனவு இவ்வாறு இருந்தது…
அல்-குஃவைதா (Al Quaeda), ஸிமி (SIMI), ஹுஜி (HUJI), இந்திய முஜாஹிதீன் (Indian Mujahideen), பாகிஸ்தானின் ஐ.எஸ்.ஐ. (ISI) யுடன் சேர்ந்து, நம் உள்ளூர் இஸ்லாமிய தீவிரவாத ஆதரவாளர்களின் பேருதவியைக் கொண்டு, டில்லி ஜும்மா மஸ்ஜித் இமாம் புகாரி எதிபார்ப்பது போல, நம் பாரததேசத்தை இஸ்லாமிய தாலிபான்கள் வென்று, தெருக்களில் ‘அல்லாஹூ அக்பர்’, என்ற கோஷதுடன், ஏகே 47 துப்பாகிகள், கத்தி தடிகள் சகிதமாக ஊர்வலமாகச் செல்கின்றனர். வழியில் கையில் கிடைத்தது எதையும் அடித்து நொறுக்கி.துவம்சம் செய்துகொண்டிர்ந்தனர்.
டில்லி ஜூம்மா மஸ்ஜித் இமாம் புகாரி தன்னை ஒரு இஸ்லாமிய பயங்கர தீவிரவாதி என (Islamic terrorist) பிரகடனப்படுத்திக் கொண்டாலும், இவர் மேல் எந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்காது இருக்கும் இந்திய அரசாங்கம்தான் நம் இந்தியர் அனைவர் மீதும் ஆட்சி செலுத்துகிறது. [Every one is equal under Law! but some are more than equal!!] இவருக்கு என் கனவு பற்றித் தெரிந்தால் மிகவும் மகிழ்ந்து போவார். அவரும் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை ஜூம்மா மெஹ்ரிப் (சாயங்கால தொழுகை 7.16 pm) முடிந்து, ஜிஹாதுக்காக வீர உரை நிகழ்த்தும் நேரம் அல்லது மற்ற முக்கிய பஃத்வாக்களை (இஸ்லாமுக்கு எதிராக எழுதும், காஃபிர்களைக் கொல்லத் தீர்ப்பாணைகளை) பிரகடனப்படுத்திக் கொண்டு இருக்கையில் என் கனவு செய்தியையும் அனுப்பிவைத்தால், எல்லாமே அல்லாவின் ‘சுக்கராக’ (ஆசியாக) நினைத்து, ’ஸல் அல்லேஹீம் வஸ்ஸலாமுக்கு’ (முகம்மது நபிக்கு) நன்றி கூறி, இந்த என் கனவைப்பற்றியும் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் எல்லோரிடமும் பகிர்ந்து கொள்வார்.
நான் சொல்லவந்தது என்னவென்றால், “எல்லா முஸ்லிம்களும் மிக பயங்கர தீவிரவாதிகளல்ல, [செகுலர்வாதி (போலி) களுக்கு சந்தோஷந்தானே!], ஆனால் இந்தியாவில் பற்பல இடங்களில் நடந்த குண்டு வெடிப்புகள் முஸ்லிம்களால்தான் நிகழ்த்தப்பட்டது என்ற உண்மையை மறைக்கவோ அல்லது மறுக்க எவராலும் முடியுமா? (மும்பாய், கோயம்பத்தூர், தில்லி, வாரணாசி, போபால், கோரக்பூர், மாலேகாம், மைசூர், ஹைதராபாத், மங்களூர், ஜெய்பூர், பங்களூரு, அஹமதாபாத், சூரத்.)
என் போதாத காலம், நான்கண்ட கனவு பலித்துத் தொலைத்தும் விட்டால். பாரதநாடு எப்படி ஆகிவிடும் என்ற ஓர் அச்சம் என்னுள் ஓங்கியது. ஹிந்துஸ்தான் ஒரு ஆப்கனிஸ்தான் ஆகி விடுமா? [ஆப்கனிஸ்தான் என்றவுடன் காந்தாரம் நினைவுக்கு வந்தது - காந்தாரம் – ஒருகாலத்தில் ஹிந்து சாம்ராஜ்யமாகத்தானே திகழ்ந்தது. அங்கிருந்துதான் காந்தாரி என்னும் இளவரசியை, சகுனி மாமாவின் சகோதரியை, பாரததேசத்து குருட்டரசர் திருதராஷ்டிரன் கடிமணம் புரிந்து கொண்டார். இவர்கள் மக்கள் தான் துர்யோதனன், துச்சாசனன் முதலிய கெளரவர்கள். இப்போது புரிகிறதா, ஆப்கானிஸ்தானில், தாலிபான்கள் இன்று ஏன் இவ்வாறு கோலோச்சுகிறார்கள் என்று?]
இந்த பயங்கர ஆள் அமுக்கிக் கனவைப்பற்றி விவரமாக இந்த கட்டுரையின் வடிவில் எழுதி இருக்கிறேன். படியுங்கள் புரியும். நல்லிதயம் படைத்த ஆன்றோருக்கு, இதில் உள்ள விவரங்களை படித்ததால் குமட்டிக்கொண்டு வந்தால் என்னை தயவுசெய்து மன்னித்து விடவும். நான் என்ன செய்ய… கண்ட கனவு என் மனதுக்கு நெருடலாக இருப்பினும், பலர் தங்கள் பயணக்கட்டுரைகளை எழுதுவதுபோல, நானும் எழுதத் தீர்மானித்து விட்டேன். இதையும் கொஞ்சம் கஷ்டப்பட்டாவது படிக்கும்படி கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.
அடக்கு முறை, காஃபிர்களிடம் ஜஸ்ஸியா என்னும் சுங்க வரி வசூலிப்பது, முன்நாள் முஸ்லிம்களை முதலில் கசையால் அடித்து பின் சித்திரவதையும் செய்து, கழுத்தை துண்டித்து, கொலை செய்து, லைட்டு கம்பத்தில் ஒத்தைக் காலால் தூக்கில் தொங்கவிடப்பட்ட, கோரக்காட்சியுடன் பிணங்களையும் கனவில் கண்டேன். (ஆப்கானிஸ்தான் தாலிபான்கள் பாணியில்.)
இப்படி ஏனென்று நான் என் நண்பரிடம் கேட்டேன், அவர் சொன்னார், நான் கண்ட கனவுக் காட்சிகள் அனைத்தும் புனித இஸ்லாம் நூல்களில் உள்ளது எனக் கூறி, சில சான்றுகளையும் காண்பித்தார்.
[கனவில கண்ட கனவுக் காட்சிகளின் விவரங்களையும், இதற்காக நண்பர் கொடுத்த சில சான்றுகளையும், மேலும் நான் படித்தவைகளில் கிடைத்த சான்றுகளையும், ஒட்டுமொத்தமாகச் சேர்த்து, கீழே தொகுத்துக் கொடுத்திருக்கிறேன்.]
இஸ்லாமிய ஷரியா தண்டனைப்படி, சித்திரவதைகளுக்குச் சான்று கீழே: (பழைய துணியைக் கிழிப்பது போல உடலை நட்டநடுவே கிழித்து விடுவது, நாக்கை ஒட்ட நறுக்குவது, முன் இரு பற்களையும் துடி துடிக்க, பிடுங்கிவிடுவது முதலியன.)

முகம்மது எல்லா முஸ்லிம்களுக்கு இட்ட கட்டளை.
குரான்: 8 ஆயாத் 39இல்: ”இந்த அமளி, கலகம், அடக்குமுறை முற்றிலும் நீங்கி, அல்லாவின் இயக்கமான (இஸ்லாம்) எல்லாவற்றிலும் எப்போதும் (எந்நாட்டிலும்) உண்டாகும் வரை இதைத்தடுக்கும் எவர்மீதும் போர் புரிந்து கொண்டிருங்கள். அப்படி இந்த கட்டளைக்குக் கீழ்ப்படியாமல், இருந்து விட்டால்… எல்லாம் வல்ல, அல்லாஹ் உங்களை உற்று நோக்கியவாறே இருக்கின்றார்….. (ஆகவே ஜாக்கிரதையாக சொன்னதை செய்யுங்கள் எனவும் பொருள் கொள்ளலாம்.)
Qur’an Sura: 8: Ayat 39
YUSUFALI: And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah altogether and everywhere; but if they cease, verily Allah doth see all that they do.
அல்-புகாரி 4:52:220 இல், அல்லாவின் முகம்மது ஸ்ல் நபிகள் நாயகம் கூறியது.“நான் இதுவரை பெற்ற வெற்றிகள் யாவும் பயங்கர தீவிரவாதத்தால்தான் கிடத்தது’’
The prophet of Islam, Mahamood boasted, “I have been made victorious with terror”. [Bukhari: 4.52. 220]
இந்த தீவிரவாத முறையில் இந்திய நாட்டைக் கைப்பற்றியதுடன், இந்திய நாடே இஸ்லாமிய மதத்தைத் தழுவியதாகப் போய்விடும். இந்திய அரசியல் சாசனத்திட்டம் ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டு விடும், இதுவரை பார்லிமெண்டில் ஜனநாயக முறையில் இயற்றப்பட்ட மற்ற எல்லா சட்டங்களும் ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டு இஸ்லாமிய ஷரீயா சட்டம் அமலாக்கப்பட்டுவிடும். (Present constitution of India will be abrogated and abolished.) முக்கியமாக (நம் தமிழ்நாட்டு) கருப்புக்கோட்டு இளம் வக்கில்களும் மீசையை முறுக்கிக் கொண்டு, இதை எதிர்த்து கோர்ட்டுக்கு போகாது வேலை நிறுத்தமும் செய்யமுடியால், சுருட்டிக்கொண்டு என்ன செய்வதென்று தெரியாமல், திக்பிரமை பிடித்துக் கிடந்தனர். இனி பிழைக்க வேண்டுமானால், ஷரியா சட்டத்தையும், அவற்றுடன் இஸ்லாமிய புனித நூல்களையும் படித்து, நிபுணர்களாக ஆகிவிட வேண்டும். மேலும், முஸ்லிம்களாக ஆகி, மசூதிகளில் இமாமாக ஆக விண்ணப்பம் செய்ய முயற்சி எடுக்கலாம். வாழ்க்கை நடத்த இன்னும் என்னென்ன கஷ்டங்களை அனுபவிக்க நேருமோ? பாவம், இந்த இளம் வக்கீல்கள்!
மேலும், கழகங்கள், கருத்து வேற்றுமையால பிரிந்து போய் புதிய கழகங்களை ஆரம்பிக்க முடியாமல் / ஆளுக்காள் நடத்தும் இனக்கட்சிகளும் தலைகாட்ட முடியாமல் முழி பிதுங்கி, தாங்கள் முன் நாட்களில் குல்லா போட்டுக் கொண்டோ அல்லது முட்டாக்கு போட்டுக்கொண்டோ, முஸ்லிம்களுடன் சேர்ந்து இஃதார் கஞ்சியை குடித்ததையும், பின் தமிழர்களை ஹிந்து மதம் பாதித்தது போல இஸ்லாம் பாதிக்கவில்லை என இஃதார் சிறப்புச் சொற்பொழிவையும் ஆற்றி, அங்கு உள்ள முஸ்லிம்களின் பாராட்டு, கைத்தட்டுகளை (தேர்தல் ஓட்டுக்காக) வாங்கியதையும், இஸ்லாமியத்துடன் இருந்த மிக நெருங்கிய முந்தைய நல்லுறவை நினைவில் கொண்டு, பெருமூச்சு விட்டு, (அந்த நாளும் வந்திடாதோ!! என தரையைத் தடவி, மனதுக்குள் பிலாக்கணம் பாடி!!) வாளாக் கிடந்தனர். உலகத்தையே இஸ்லாம் மயமாக ஆக்கும் முயற்சி நடை முறைக்கு வந்ததால், அந்தந்த பிராந்திய மொழிப்பற்று வீரப்பேச்சும், இனி செல்லாது. மூச்..!
ஷரியாசட்டம் என்பது, குரானில் சொன்னபடி, இஸ்லாமிய புனிதநூல்களான குரான், அஹடிஸ், சுன்னாக்களில் எழுதி உள்ளவாறு உள்ளதுதான். அதாவது ஷரியா சட்டம் என்பதே மேற்கூறிய இஸ்லாமிய புனித நூல்களில் உள்ளவைகளைச் சுருக்கமாக விளக்கும் நூல் திரட்டு. (Compendium of Quran, Sunnah and aHadiths) இன்னமும் சுருக்கச்சொன்னால், அல்லாவின் தூதர் ஸல் முகம்மது நபிகள் என்னென்ன சொன்னாரோ அல்லது பழக்க வழக்கமாக எதெதைச் செய்தாரோ அதுதான் ஷரியாசட்டம். மிகவும் சிம்பிளாக இல்லயா! ஆனால் ஷரியாவைப் பற்றி முற்றும் அறிய, இஸ்லாமிய நூல்களை புனித கிரந்தங்கள் அனைத்தையும் அக்கு வேறு ஆணிவேறாகப் படித்தாக வேண்டும். முடிவாக முகம்மதுவைப் பற்றி நாம் முற்றிலும் ஏன் அறியவேண்டும்? அம்மனிதர், ஏன், எப்படி இஸ்லாமிய மத இயக்கத்தை நிறுவ நேர்ந்தது? இதை சும்மாவென்று உங்களுக்கு சொல்லவில்லை, காரணம் உண்டு. மேலே படியுங்கள். கொஞ்சமாவது புரியும்.
நம்முடைய பிரதான கட்டுரைக்கு வருவோம்.
உலக முழுதுமாக இஸ்லாமிய மயமாக்கப்பட இருப்பதால், ஷரியாதான் எங்கும் எதிலும் எப்போதும். அதற்காகத்தான் இந்த முன்னேற்பாடுகள். எவராவது ஷரியா சட்டத்திற்கு எதிராக செயல்பட்டால், அது இஸ்லாமிய மத தெய்வ நிந்தனை (blasphemy) எனக்கருதப்படும். அதற்குறிய தண்டனை சித்திரவதை, சாவு. இவ்வளவுதான் — போதுமா!!
இஸ்லாமிய தெய்வ நிந்தனைக்கு பிரமாணமாக வரையறை, இதோ:
கனடா நாட்டு முன்னாள் முஸ்லிம் சமூகத் தலைவர் சையத் மும்தாஸ் அலி கூறுகிறார்: “ஸல் முகம்மது நபியையோ, அல்லது மற்ற எந்த இஸ்லாமிய தூதர்களையோ அல்லது அவர்களது சுற்றத்தாரையோ பழித்து (அங்கத வரைபடங்களையும் சேர்த்து); அல்லது இஸ்லாமியத்தால் புனிதம் என கருதப்படும் நூல்களில் அடங்கியவைகளையும், மற்ற எவற்றையும் நேரிடையாகவோ, அல்லது மறைமுகமாகவோ இகழ்ந்து எக்காரியத்திலும் இறங்கினாலும்; இவையனைத்தும் இஸ்லாமிய தெய்வ நிந்தனை என கருதப்படும்”.
ஜனநாயகத்தின் எந்தச் சுவடுமே இருக்க இயலாது, ஜனநாயகம் என்றால் அது இஸ்லாமியத்துக்கு எட்டிக்காய். முஸ்லிம்களின் கூற்றுப்படி, You are always correct so long you agree with us…
மற்ற மதத்தவர்களுக்கு தனியாக இப்போதிருக்கும் இந்திய சட்டங்கள் போல, பார்சிகளுக்கான சட்டமோ, ஹிந்து சட்டமோ, அல்லது எவ்வித தனி சட்டம் (special Law as applicable to specific religions) ஷரியாவில் கிடையாது.
இஸ்லாமுடன் இன்றைய மிகநெருங்கிய தோழமை கொண்டுள்ளதாக எண்ணி, பின்னர் கட்டாயம் ஏமாற்றமடையப் போகும் கம்யூனிஸ தோழர்களுக்கும், இடதுசாரி, கழகங்களுக்கும் போகப்போக இஸ்லாம் என்றால் என்ன தெரியவரும். இவர்களுடன் தேர்தல் ஓட்டுக்காக இழைந்து கொண்டிருந்த உறவுக்குப்பின், அதாவது தாலிபான்கள் நாடாகிவிட்டபின், தோழர்களும், ரத்தத்துக்கு ரத்தங்களான உடன் பிறப்புகளும், தீண்டப்படாதவராகி, அதாவது இஸ்லாமிய நாஸ்திகர்களாக, அதாவது காஃபிர்களாகக் கருதப்பட்டு, அதன் பேரில் இஸ்லாமிய ஷரியா சட்டப்படி உற்ற நடவடிக்கைகளும் எடுக்கப்படும். வேறென்ன – உயிர் வேண்டுமானால் பாதுகாப்புக்காக ஜஸ்ஸியா சுங்கவரி கொடுக்க நேரும் அல்லது உயிரை விடுவதற்குத் தயாராக இருக்க வேண்டும். அவ்வளவேதான்.
(Qur’an 9:29: Fight those who believe not in Allah or the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued).
இஸ்லாமிய மரணபயம் நீங்க, இவற்றுக்கெல்லாம் ஒரே ஒரு வழி, முஸ்லிமாக மாறி விடுவதுதான். மாறத்தயாரா?
இஸ்லாமில் ஒரு முதுமொழி உண்டு, அதாவது, “Qaum-ka-gaddar, Maut-ka-haqdar” i.e., Betrayer of the community, deserver of death. இதன் பொருள். ”இஸ்லாமுக்கு துரோகி, சாவுக்குத்தான் லாயக்கு.” அவ்வளவேதான். இஸ்லாமியர்களுக்கு தற்போது ’அமாஞ்சாமி’ போட்டு தலையாட்டும், கம்யூனிச, இடதுசாரி, கழகத் தோழர்களே! இந்த இஸ்லாமிய முதுமொழி காதில் விழுகிறதா?
எல்லா ஹிந்துக்கள் ஜைனர்கள் கோவில்கள், கிறிஸ்தவ சர்ச்கள், யூதர்களின் (Synagogues) வழிபாட்டுத் தலங்கள், புத்த தர்மசாலாக்கள், மற்ற இஸ்லாமில்லாத வழிபாட்டு இடங்கள் யாவும் தரை மட்டமாக்கப்பட்டு, அவ்விடத்தில் பழைய கட்டட பொருள்களைக்கொண்டே மசூதிகள் கட்டப்பட்டு விடும். ஆங்கே ’ஆதான்’ உரக்கக் கூவப்பட்டு, கீழ்க்கண்ட நித்தியப்படி, குறந்தது ஐந்துகால (பூஜைக்கு பதிலாக!) நமாஸ் நடாத்தப்படும்.
பின்னர், கடவுளின் சிலைகளோ, கிருஸ்தவ புல்பிட்டுகளோ, தற்போது இருக்கும் இறைவன் சன்னதிகளில் (Sanctum Sanctorum of non-Islamic inner-most chamber where Gods are consecrated) முஸ்லிம்களுக்கு, கால், கை கழுவும் [water pool for ablutions (wudus)] நீர் நிலைகளாகவும் அல்லது தண்ணீர் கிடக்காத இடங்களில் ’தய்யமும்’ (Tayaamum) செய்யும் கட்டாந்தரைகளாகவும், இதற்கும் வசதி செய்து தரமுடியாவிட்டால், அதில் தொழுகைக்கு வரும் முஸ்லிம்களுக்காக கழிவறைகள் கட்டப்பட்டு, (அடிபாகத்தை ஒவ்வொரு சமயத்திலும் மூன்று முறை கற்களால் துடைத்துக்கொள்ள) கல் குவியல்களை சேர்த்து வைப்பதற்கு அறையாகவும், உபயோகப்படுத்தப்படும். சன்னதிக் கடவுள் சிலைகள் எல்லோருடைய காலால் மிதிபட வேண்டுமென்ற பரந்த நோக்கத்தோடு, வட இந்தியாவில் பல மசூதிகளில் உள்ளது போல, நுழைவாயிலின் கீழ் புதைக்கப்பட்டு, அவைகள் மேல், படிகளாக கட்டப்பட்டதையும் கனவில் கண்டேன்.
மேலும் ஹிந்துக்கள் சுமுகமாக வாழும் தனி இடங்களில் (ஜஸ்ஸியா என்ற சுங்க வரி கட்டியபின்னர்) வீட்டுக் கோவில்களிலும் வழிபடலாம். இன்று நம் வீட்டு மங்கையர் நம்முடன் வழிபாடுகளில் பங்கு கொள்வது போலல்லாமல், இனி ஆண்களுடன் சேர்ந்து வழிபடக்கூடாது. ஏனெனில், முஸ்லிம்கள் அவ்வாறு தங்கள் பெண்டிருடன் கூடித் தொழுகை செய்வதில்லை. பெண்களும் எல்லா முஸ்லிம் பெண்கள் போல நிகாஃப் [கண்களுக்கு சாளரம் மாத்திரம் - உடல் முழுதும் கருப்பு அங்கியால் மூடி இருக்கும் (புர்க்கா) ஆடைகள்] அல்லது ஹிஜாப் [திறந்த முகம், ஆனால் தலை, உடல் மூடி இருக்கும் (புர்க்கா) ஆடைகள்] தரிக்கவேண்டும் என்ற ஷரியா சட்ட அமல்படுத்தப்பட்டு, அவர்களை நடமாடும் சவப்பெட்டிகளாகக் கண்டேன்.
இன்னொரு பயங்கரத்தையும் கண்டேன். அதாவது: ஆறுவயதே (6) நிரம்பிய தெருவில் விளையாடிக்கொண்டிருக்கும் சிறுமிக்கும் 53 வயதானவருக்கும் (வாலிபருக்கும்?!) திருமணம் ஒரு காஸி (இஸ்லாமிய முல்லா / மத சடங்கை நடத்துபவர்) நடத்திவைக்கும் விபரீதத்தையையும் கனவில் கண்டேன்.
முகம்மதுவின் சகோதரனாகப் பழகிய தோழன் அபூபக்கரின் ஆறு வயது குழந்தை ஆயிஷா பொம்மைகளுடன் விளையாடிக்கொண்டிருந்தாள். அவளைப்பார்த்த முகம்மது அபூ பக்கரிடம், அவளை தனக்கு மணம் செய்விக்கக் கேட்டார், இதற்கு அபூபக்கர் தயங்கியபோது, ”சகோதரன் என்பது இஸ்லாமியத்துக்கு மாத்திரம்தான், இல்லை என சொல்லவில்லயே. உண்மையில் அது அல்லவே! யதார்த்ததில், நம் தாய் தந்தையர் நம் இருவருக்கும் வேறல்லவா!! ஆக மணத்தை முடித்து வை’’ என்றாராம். அபூ பக்கர் இதை மறுத்து, முகம்மதுவிடம் சண்டையிட்டுப் போவதற்குப் போதிய வக்கில்லை. ஆக ஓப்புக்கொள்ள வேண்டி இருந்தது. மணத்தை முடிதும் வைத்தார். ஆனால், முகம்மது ஒரு சத்தியம் செய்து கொடுத்த படி, ஆயிஷாவுக்கு ஒன்பது (9) வயதான பிறகே அவளிடம் (கொடுத்த வாக்குத் தவறாமல் நேர்மையுடன் தான் செய்த சத்தியத்தின்படி) தாம்பத்திய உறவு பூண்டார். என்னே முகம்மதுவின் நேர்மை!
(சான்று: Mahamood, aged 53, while asking for the hand of Aisha aged 6 (six), in marriage — Sahih Bukhari 7.62.18 Narrated ‘Ursa: The Prophet asked Abu Bakr for ‘Aisha’s hand in marriage. Abu Bakr said “But I am your brother.” The Prophet said, “You are my brother in Allâh’s religion and His Book, but she (Aisha) is lawful for me to marry.”)
When the 53 year old apostle married the 6 year old beauty Ayesha, her father Abu Bakr told him not to have sex with her for 3 years. He gave his word and waited for three years for consummation. (Bukhari Vol 7 Bk 62 No. 64) Narrated ‘Aisha: that the Prophet married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old, and then she remained with him for nine years (i.e., till his death).
முதலில் இஸ்லாமிய வழக்கப்படி, ஹலால், ஹராம் இவைகளைப்பற்றி சொல்லியாக வேண்டும்.
ஹலால் என்றால், இஸ்லாமிய சட்டப்படி குற்றமல்ல, இவைகளைச் செய்தால் அல்லாவின் பேரருள் கிடைக்கும்.
ஹராம் என்றால் பாபங்கள், செய்யத்தகாதவைகள், ஆக, ஒதுக்கப்பட வேண்டிய வைகள், மீறி செய்தால் அல்லா தண்டனை கொடுத்து விடுவார்..
மேலும் எனது கனவில் நினைவுக்கு வந்ததை, குரான் புனித வசனங்களுடன் எழுதியுள்ளேன்:
கீழ்க்கூறிய வேறு சில குறிப்புகள் இஸ்லாமிய புனித நூல்களிலிருந்து கொடுக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. இவைகள் இஸ்லாமிய ஷரீயா சட்டங்கள்..
1. ஆண்கள் பெண்களை புதிதாக பறிக்கப்பட்ட பச்சைக்கொம்பினால் அடிக்கலாம், ஷரியாபடி இதுவும் குற்றமகாது.
(Sunan Abu Dawud Book 011, No. 2138); (Sunan Abu Dawud Book 011, No. 2138); (Mishkat al‐Masabih Book I, Section Duties of husband and wife, Hadith No.61) and if at all they refuse for such sexual activities, due to any bodily discomfort of menstruation or for any other reason, they can be beaten with just raw branch plucked from a tree, undried green stick. It is considered as Islamic virtue.
2. திருடர்களுக்கு தண்டணை – இருகால் கைகளை துண்டித்து விடல்
Bukhari Volume 1, Book 4, Number 234: Narrated Abu Qilaba: He then ordered to cut their hands and feet (and it was done), and their eyes were branded with heated pieces of iron, They were put in ‘Al-Harra’ and when they asked for water, no water was given to them.”
3. அரேபிய மொழி, ஒரே ஒரு பொது மொழியாகவும் அதே அகில உலக செம்மொழி என்றும் ஆக்கப்படும். மற்ற எம்மொழியும் மூச்!
4. ஷரீயா சட்டப்படி, சின்னஞ்சிறு பெண்குழந்தையுடன் உடலுறவு கொண்டால் தண்டனை கிடையாது. (Bukhari Vol 7 BK 62 No. 64 given above)
5. இஸ்லாமை விட்டு ஓடியவர்களுக்கு மரண தண்டனை: .
Bukhari Volume 9, Book 83, Number 17: Narrated ‘Abdullah: Allah’s Apostle said, “The blood of a Muslim cannot be shed except in three cases: In Qisas for murder, a married person who commits illegal sexual intercourse and the one who reverts from Islam (apostate) and leaves the Muslims.”
6. அல்லாவையோ அல்லது ஸல் முகம்மதுவையோ தூஷணையாக எவராவது சொன்னாலோ அல்லது தூஷணையாக சொன்னதாகச் சொல்லப்பட்டாலோ, அல்லது சொன்னதாக பொய்யாக ஜோடிக்கப்பட்டு நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டாலோ அவனைக் கொலை செய்தால் குற்றமில்லை. மேற்கூறிய இக்காரணங்களால் ஒருவர் கொலை செய்யப் பட்டால், கொன்றவருக்குத் தண்டனை கிடையாது. (ஒருவரைக் கொலை செய்துவிட்டு, அதிலிருந்து தப்பிக்க, கொலையுண்டவர் அல்லாவையோ அல்லது ஸல் முகம்மதுவை தூஷணை செய்ததாக ஒரு (பொய்) சொல் சொல்லி, குற்றம் சாட்டினாலே போதும், கொலை புரிந்தவருக்கு தண்டனை கிடையாது.) படிப்பதற்கே கொஞ்சம் கடினமாக உள்ளதா? எழுதுபவருக்கும் அதேதான்!!
Sunan Abu-Dawud Book 38, Number 4348. A man commits double murder and all he had to say in his defense was that his victim had insulted the Prophet and Muhammad set him free. ‘A blind man had a slave woman who used to abuse the Prophet and disparage him. …So he took a dagger, placed it on her belly, pressed it, and killed her. A child who came between her legs was smeared with the blood that was there. When the morning came, the Prophet was informed about it. He assembled the people called on the man to explain why he committed such horrendous murder. The man stood up while trembling and said: ‘I am her master; she used to abuse you and disparage you. I have two sons like pearls from her, and she was my companion. Last night she began to abuse and disparage you. So I took a dagger, put it on her belly and pressed it till I killed her.’
7. பெண்கள் தேர்தலில் நிற்க்கக் கூடாது, அது ஷரியா சட்டத்திற்கு விரோதம்.
(Bukhari Vol 09, Book 88, N0. 219) Narrated Abu Bakra:
During the battle of Al-Jamal, Allah benefited me with a Word (I heard from the Prophet). When the Prophet heard the news that the people of the Persia had made the daughter of Khosrau their Queen (ruler), he said, “Never will succeed such a nation as makes a woman their ruler.” பாகிஸ்தானில், பேனஸீர் புட்டோவை போட்டுத்தள்ளியது (!!) பற்றி ஞாபகமிருக்கிறதா?
8. சதுரங்கம் (GAME OF CHESS) விளையாட்டு ஷரியாவால் தடை செய்யப்படும்
Playing chess is completely prohibited, as per Sahih Muslim Book 028, Number 5612 and Malik’s Muwatta Book 52, Number 52.2.7; MUSLIM VOL IV – No. 5612 – Chapter: CMXLVI
9. சங்கீதம் தடை செய்யப்படும். It is prohibited a per Sahih Bukhari Volume 007, Book 069, Number 494 —-Sahih Muslim Book 024, Number 5279
10. பச்சைகுத்திக்கொள்வதும் தடை செய்யப்படும்.
It is prohibited: Sahih Bukhari Volume 003, Book 034, Number 299; Sahih Bukhari Volume 003, Book 034, Number 440; Sahih Bukhari Volume 007, Book 072, Number 829, Sahih Bukhari Volume 007, Book 072, Number 845
11. தகப்பனார் உறவில் மணம் புரிதல் தவறில்லை, ஆனால், தாய்வழி மணம் கட்டாயம் ஷரீயாபடி செய்யக் கூடாது. – Marriage between the father’s related of-springs is highly recommended : Sahih Bukhari Volume 007, Book 062, Number 037 & 038)
12. மாமனார் மருமகளை மணம் செய்துகொண்டால் தவறில்லை. அதாவது, மணம் செய்து கொள்வதானால், முந்நாள் மருமகள், மாமனாரின் (சத்புத்திரனை) அதாவது, தன் முதல் கணவனை விவாக ரத்து செய்த மூன்றாவது மாதத்திற்குப் பிறகுதான் மாமனாரை மணக்கலாம். இதற்கும் ஷரியா இடமளிக்கிறது. என்னே ஒரு மகத்தான நிபந்தனை!
மேலும் மற்றுமோர் உதாரணம்: (Example: Muhammad’s marriage to his daughter-in-law)
13. ஓரிரவு அல்லது தாற்காலிகக் கல்யாணம்: இதை ஷியா முஸ்லிம்கள் மூட்டா என்றும், ஸுன்னி முஸ்லிம்கள் மிஸ்யார் எனக் கூறுவர். இதுவும் ஒரு டெம்பரரி நிக்காஹ் தான். (ஓரிரவுக்கு மட்டும் – one night stand) இஸ்லாமிய சட்டப்படி செல்லும். உதாரணமாக, அரபு நாட்டுக் கிழவர்கள், ஹைதராபாதில், கேரளத்தில் மருத்துவ சிகிச்சைக்காக வருவதுடன், நடத்திக் கொள்ளும் திருமணங்கள். ஓரிரவுக்கோ அல்லது இந்தியாவில் தங்கும்வரையிலோ, கணவன் மனைவியாக வைத்துக்கொள்ளலாம்.
Quran says: 4.24 Lawful unto you are all those that ye seek content, give unto them their portions as a duty, there is no sin for you in what ye do by mutual agreement.
Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 62, Number 130 Narrated ‘Abdullah: “Prophet allowed us to marry women with a temporary contract”.
14. “தக்கியா” – இஸ்லாமின் நன்மைக்காக எவ்விதபொய் சொன்னாலும், ஏமாற்றினாலும் ஷரியாபடி தண்டனை கிடையது. இதற்கு “தக்கியா” எனப்பெயர்.

Qur’an 9:3 “Allah is not bound by any contract or treaty with non-Muslims, nor is His Apostle.”
Hadith (Sirah al-Halabiyyah, v3, p61), we read: Hajaj Ibn `Aalat told: ‘O Prophet of Allâh: I have in Mecca some excess wealth and some relatives, and I would like to have them back; am I excused if I bad-mouth you [to fool the non-Muslims]?’ The Prophet excused him and said: ‘Say whatever you have to say.
Sahih al-Bukhari, v7, p102 (Verily) we smile for some people, while our hearts curse (those same people).
Sura (66:2) – “Allah has already ordained for you, (O men), the dissolution of your oaths
Bukhari (52:271) – Recounts the murder of a poet, Ka’b bin al-Ashraf, at Muhammad’s insistence. The men who volunteered for the assassination used dishonesty to gain Ka’b's trust, pretending that they had turned against Muhammad. This drew the victim out of his fortress, whereupon he was brutally slaughtered despite putting up a ferocious struggle for his life.
Bukhari (84:64-65) – Speaking from a position of power at the time, Ali confirms that lying is permissible in order to deceive an “enemy.”
15. இஸ்லாம் அடிமைத்தனத்தை ஆதரிக்கிறது; அடிமைகளை வைத்திருந்தாலோ அல்லது அடிமை வியாபாரம் செய்தாலோ, ஷரியா சட்ட்ப்படி குற்றமாகாது, தண்டணைக் குறியதும் அல்ல.

Q 24:33 – PICKTHAL: And let those who cannot find a match keep chaste till Allah give them independence by His grace. And such of your slaves as seek a writing (of emancipation), write it for them if ye are aware of aught of good in them, and bestow upon them of the wealth of Allah which He hath bestowed upon you. Force not your slave-girls to whoredom that ye may seek enjoyment of the life of the world, if they would preserve their chastity. And if one force them, then (unto them), after their compulsion, lo! Allah will be Forgiving, Merciful.
4.24: PICKTHAL: And all married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives) whom your right hands possess. ……….. Lo! Allah is ever Knower, Wise.
23.006 YUSUFALI: Except with those joined to them in the marriage bond, or (the captives) whom their right hands possess,- for (in their case) they are free from blame,
33:50 – PICKTHAL: O Prophet! Lo! We have made lawful unto thee thy wives unto whom thou hast paid their dowries, and those whom thy right hand possesseth of those whom Allah hath given thee as spoils of war, and the daughters of thine uncle on the father’s side and the daughters of thine aunts on the father’s side, and the daughters of thine uncle on the mother’s side and the daughters of thine aunts on the mother’s side who emigrated with thee, and a believing woman if she give herself unto the Prophet and the Prophet desire to ask her in marriage – a privilege for thee only, not for the (rest of) believers – We are Aware of that which We enjoined upon them.
Muslim Book 019, Number 4345: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) sent the young captured woman to the people of Mecca, and surrendered her as ransom for a number of Muslims who had been kept as prisoners at Mecca.
Captured slave women were gifted by Muhammad to his friends for sex.
Tabari, vol 8, pge 29-30 From his share of captive women, Prophet Mohammed gave his son-in-law, Ali a slave girl, Raytah b Hilal to enjoy her at his will. He also presented Uthman b. Affan, his son-in-law, another slave girl Zainab b.Hayan, and bestowed another girl (name unknown) to his father in-law Omar Ibn Khattab. Omar gave that girl to his son Abdullah. Most of Prophet’s other elite companions received slave girls as gifts.
16. பெண்கள் ஆண்களைக்காட்டிலும் எல்லாவித்திலும் தாழ்ந்தவர்கள். அவர்கள் ஆண்கள் சொல்படிதான் நடந்தாக வேண்டும்.
சான்று: குரான் வசனம்: 2:223; (PICKTHAL: Your women are a tilth for you (to cultivate) (பெண்கள் உழும் நிலம் பேன்றவர்கள். ஆகவே….) so go to your tilth as ye will, and send (good deeds) before you for your souls, and fear Allah, and know that ye will (one day) meet Him. Give glad tidings to believers, (O Muhammad).)
குரான் வசனம்: 2: 282: (Let his guardian dictate faithfully, and get two witnesses, out of your own men, and if there are not two men, then a man and two women, such as ye choose, for witnesses, so that if one of them errs, the other can remind her. The witnesses should not refuse when they are called on (For evidence). சாட்சி தேவைப்படும் போது, ஒரு ஆண் கிடைக்காவிட்டால் ஆணின் இடத்தை ஈடு செய்ய இரு பெண்கள் சாட்சி சொல்ல வேண்டும்.
குரான் வசனம்: 4: 11 – (Allah chargeth you concerning (the provision for) your children: to the male the equivalent of the portion of two females,) (சொத்து பங்கீட்டில் பெண்ணுக்கு ஆணின் பங்கில் பாதிதான் கிடைக்கும். ஆணுக்கு இரண்டு பங்கென்றால் பெண்ணுக்கு ஒண்ணே ஒண்ணுதான்.)
பெண்களுக்கு தனி % ஒதுக்கீடு …மூச்! சுப்… கப் சிப்!
இதே போதுமா? இன்னும் கொஞ்சம் வேணுமா? தலையை சுத்துதா?
கனவு கலைந்தது!! அப்பாடா!!! இப்போது உங்களுக்கும் நிம்மதி! எனக்கும் நிம்மதி!

The first English translation of Manu Smruti was done by one Englishman Dr. Wan Pullar in the nineteenth century. He was a Samscrutam scholar and linguist. He worked in the education department as Inspector of Schools. He was all praise for Manu Smruti. I have also writtten some articles about Manu Smruti that appeared in Thinnai.com. Tiruvalluvar’s Kural follows Manu Smruti in manmy aspects.

I hope this scenario is changing a lot after the 9/11 and 26/11 incidents.Almost all hindus except the so called ‘Secularists’ and political leaders but soon they’ll also came to know the the ground truth.

I beg the difference in this view. We were ruled by mughal rulers for almost 900 years and despite of all their brutal efforts we lost only Afganistan. Again we were under the British rule for almost 200 years and also despite of all their efforts, we lost only pakistan. In a nutshell, we won those peoples though we’re literally slaves at that times.Now We are ruling ourselves and so, not a single inch will be lost to others.

The current rulers of India are much more worser than the Mughals and the British. They openly opposed freedom to the Indians and ruled us as slaves. This is where we commit the mistake. Not all the muslims are supporters of Jihad or wahabbism.Not at all. Claiming that all muslims are prone to jihad is like claiming that all hindus are prone to untouchability as some hindus practised it. Our concern is to curtail a section of muslims indulging in anti-national and anti hindu activities and in fact both are same. I don’t think so the rulers are so blind towards the threat.They know the gravity of this issue very well after 26/11.
Our concern is that how to implement the real Hinduism , preached by the great masters like Swami Vivekananda in our real life so that these threats are gone like a mirage and most importantly our achievements and contributions to the mankind like our great forefathers.

If you start consoling yourself that you have lost only that much, that much, and this much, finally you willl end up with nothing left. You have already lost several thousand sq. KM to China and Pakistan. Pakistan has donated a crucial strip in occupied Kashmir to China, in order to embarass Hindustan. This happened when Hindustan was free. China is slowly enchroching in North East and also North West simultaneouisly. And you alaready have a very strong fifth coloumn all over Hindustan giving shelter and providing information and other assistance to the terror elements. The Mumbai incident of last year could not have been possible without the support of local elements, they confirm. If you verify our history, you will know the actual Moghul rule did NOT extend for more than three hundred years. Don’t you know when the first Panipat War took place when Babur made his entry? But The Mohmedan rule began about five hundred years before that. If you analyse those five hundred years, you will know Mohmedan upper hand could have been defeated easily had Hindus stood united. There were several dynasties of Momedan origin ruling from Delhi and their Dikkat extended to limited areas only. However, why should Hindus have allowed alien occupation in Hidustan in the first place? It is becaause of the lethargic attitude thinking it did NOT happen in our area! Hindus could have very easily driven out the aliens and thus saved Hindustan from falling to the more powerful Moghuls later. It is only because of the lethargy on the part of Hindus that they are losing their hold in their own homeland and the pity is , thye don’t even realise this!

Many geunuine yogis with sincere concern have left their yogic power to save Hindu society from total elimination, similar to the situation where earth is being saved becasue of the cower of atmosphere encircling. I completely agree with your concerns and warnings. yes these are belongs to the sad pages of hindu history and giving us the important message that “Unite we stand otherwise we fall”. But these things were already happened and thinking about things again and again will develop a guiltiness and burden in our hearts and this in turn exponentially degrades our work, which results in a catastropic failure.
I want to concentrate and work one and only on the future because the past was over. whatever we lost, sure we’ll gain it and we can make our religion and Country a glorious as in the periods of Rishis, whom find the end truth.

YES, Sri Satyamoorthi objected to the abolition of Deva Dasi system. I am also of the same opinion. It should NOT hae been abolished but the defects rectified in the system. I am native of Tirnuelveli. I studied in Christian institutions and there in Tirunelveli until 1988. In 20 years time, I am seeing vast changes, particularly the amount of conversions happened in Tirunelveli District. I witnessed the amount of churches which have come up between Nagercoil to Tirunelveli in the National High way. It is a surprise that some of the churches even have kodimaram, Thuwajasthambam. The same I witnessed between Tirunelveli and Tiruchandur. The shops around Tirunelveli junction and the Nellaiyappar temples are mostly owned by Muslims (this was there in the past 30 years). But I do not find much conversions to Islam but seeing many to convert to Christianity.
AIADMK was not able to win the 2007 assembly elections, mainly because they are not able to win many seats in Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Kanyakumari and Ramnad Districts. This is because Christians enblock voted for DMK as AIADMK wanted to bring anti conversion bill.
I am seeing all these developments in the past 20 years, particularly in the past 10 years.
There are no newspapers work for hindu cause. Newspapers like Dinamalar & Dinamani are forced to be pseudo secular otherwise they will branded as POONAL Newspapers.
Now it is high time to wake up.
During 70s & 80s people like Variar, keeran and many other worked for Hindu cause. But there is nobody now. Now it is imperative to bring the Hindus united otherwise it will become a big problem.
If you take the Hindu population of Tamil Nadu, it may be less than 50%. The rate of conversion has gone in a big way in the past 10 years and if the trend continues, by 2010, Hindus will be between 25% to 30% of the total population of Tamil Nadu.

Now about Deva Dasi syastem that Sri Athiravi is interested to know. I am already planning to write an article in Tamil, as somebody had put the question, whether I am for or against Deva Dasi system in our temples irrespective of the posibilities of its revival.
Our temples are meant not only for community worship but for various activities; that is why huge space was allotted to temples. Many halls, small and big were constructed in the temple complex. In fact, intense worship is done in serclusion, in lonely places, including pooja rooms at home and gardens, groves, jungles, beside waterbodies etc.
The temples were the centres for learning, practicing fine and performing arts, cultural activities, meetings NOT only discourses but to discuss social issues. To nurture and develop performing arts, a separate section was necessary and thus came Deva Dasi system into being. The temple took the responsibility of their maintenance. Deva Dasis were expected to devote their full time for classical dance and music only and when those performing arts were prescribed for devotion, the concentration on them was naturally more and that those perforeming arts could develop. In course of time, this system degenerated and those engaged in performing arts before God were subjected to exploitation by vested interests. Those who were weak and greedy among Deva Dasis also allowed exploitation and they started serving temple authorities, priests, and big shots in the society. However, this kind of interaction was limited and did NOT become cheap. We had performong artists in our early society who were also providing creature comforts to some. But there were no sex workers, who did nothing but selling their body. This vocation of selling body and noithing else was a later development. When there was campaign and proposal to abolish Deva Dasi system, it was feared that Deva Dasis would end up as sex workers. And it happened exactly as feared.
Deav Dasis were highly cultured and there was grace in every kind of their movement, hospitality, etiquette etc. That culture died and the cheap prostitution occupied its place.
It is sad Deva Dasi system degenerated in course of time. It could have been reformed and continued under strict vigil leaving their maintenance entirely to the temple revenues to preserve and develop the classical dance and music in their original forms.
During Mohmedan invasions Deava Dasis were one of the main targets to be looted and this also led to the fall of Deva Dasi system from grace.
