சமீபத்திய காலங்களில் நாத்திகம் என்ற பெயரால் இந்து மதத்தையும், இந்துக்களின் நம்பிக்கையையும் இழிவு செய்யும் போக்கு மிகவும் அதிகரித்துள்ளது. இந்துக்கள் நல்லிணக்கத்தினை விரும்புபவர்கள். நாத்திகமும் ஆத்திகத்தின் ஒரு கூறே என்று நம்புபவர்கள். நம்பிக்கையற்றோர் நம்பிக்கையுள்ளோரை இழிவு செய்வது தகாது. எவ்விதமான மொழியறிவோ, இலக்கிய அறிவோ, ஆன்மீக அறிவோ இன்றி இறை மறுப்பு என்ற பெயரிலும் கருத்துச் சுதந்திரம் என்ற பெயரிலும் இறை நம்பிக்கை உள்ளவர்களின் நம்பிக்கைகளையும் உணர்வுகளையும் காயப்படுத்தும் போக்கினை பாரதி தமிழ்ச் சங்கம் வன்மையாகக் கண்டிக்கிறது. அரசியலமைப்புச் சட்டம் குடிமக்களுக்கு அளித்துள்ள மத சுதந்திரத்தைப் பழிக்கும் இழிவு செய்யும் கூட்டத்தினர் மீது அரசாங்கம் கடும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டு தண்டனை அளிக்கப்படவேண்டும் என்று பாரதி தமிழ்ச் சங்கம் கோரிக்கை விடுக்கிறது. அரசன் அன்று கொல்வான், தெய்வம் நின்று கொல்லும். எக்கூட்டம் இவ்வாறு செயல்களில் ஈடுபடுகிறது என்று குறிப்பிட்டு இம்மாதிரி எதிர்மறைச் செயல்களில் ஈடுபட்டுச் சமூக நல்லிணக்கத்தினைக் குலைப்பவர்களுக்குத் தேவையில்லாத விளம்பரம் அளிக்க விரும்பவில்லை.
நேர்மறையானதொரு எதிர்வினையாக பாரதி தமிழ்ச் சங்கம் ஜூலை 19 மாலை 6:00 மணிக்கு இணையம் வாயிலாக நேரலையாகக் இந்துத் தமிழர்கள் போற்றும் முருகப் பெருமானைத் துதிக்கும் கந்த சஷ்டி கவசத்தினைப் பாராயணம் செய்யும் நிகழ்ச்சியை நேரலையாக நடத்தியது.
இறை நம்பிக்கை கொண்டிருக்கும் தமிழர் ஒவ்வொருவரும் கந்த சஷ்டி கவசத்தினை ஒரு முறையாவது கேட்டிருப்பர். மனப்பாடமாகத் தெரியாவிட்டாலும் சில வரிகளாவது அவர்கள் வாய் முணுமுணுத்திருக்க, மனம் முருகனைத் தொழுதிருக்கும். சூலமங்கலம் சகோதரிகள் குரலில் கந்த சஷ்டிக் கவசத்தினைக் கேட்டிராதோர் யார்!மனப் பாடமாகக் கவசத்தினைப் பாராயணம் செய்யத் தெரிந்தவர்களுக்குக்கூட அதன் வரலாறு தெரியாமல் இருக்க வாய்ப்பிருக்கிறது. கந்த சஷ்டி கவசத்தை இயற்றியவர் பாலதேவராய சுவாமிகள். 12-ம் நூற்றாண்டு காலத்தில் இயற்றப்பட்டிருக்கலாம் என்று ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்கள் கருதுகிறார்கள். திருவாசகத்திற்கு மனம் உருகாதவர்கள் யாரும் இல்லை என்றால், சஷ்டி கவசத்திற்கு தங்கள் மனதை பறிகொடுக்காதவர்கள் யாரும் கிடையாது. அவ்வளவு சக்திமிக்க வரிகள் கொண்டது சஷ்டி கவசம்.
இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் பல்வேறு நாடுகளிலிருந்து பக்தர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு ஒரே சமயத்தில் கந்த சஷ்டி கவசத்தினைப் பாராயணம் செய்தனர்.
நிகழ்ச்சியை பாரதி தமிழ்ச் சங்கக் கமிட்டி உறுப்பினர் திருமதி. சியாமளா ரகுராம் சிறப்பாகத் தொகுத்தளித்தார்.
விரிகுடாப் பகுதியில் 25 ஆண்டுகளாக கர்நாடக சங்கீதத்தைக் கற்றுத்தரும் குரு திருமதி. ஆஷா ரமேஷ் அவர்களின் மாணவிகள் அக்ஷரா, துர்கா பக்திப் பாடல்களுடன் துவங்க, தமிழிணையம் ஆசானாகப் போற்றும் அறிஞர், சங்கப் பாடல்களிலும், கம்பனிலும், பாரதியிலும் தோய்ந்தவர், ‘வாழும் நிகண்டு’ என்று சொல்லுமளவுக்கு இலக்கணத்திலும், யாப்பிலும் தேர்ந்தவர், பண்டைத் தமிழிலக்கியத்தில் புலமை பெற்றவர், கடந்த 20 ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் மேலாக பல்லாயிரக் கணக்கான பக்கங்களில் ஆய்வு கட்டுரைகள், இலக்கண, இலக்கிய விளக்கங்களை, விமர்சனங்களையும் பல்வேறு நூல்களையும் எழுதியிருப்பவர், 50 ஆண்டுகளாகக் கந்த சஷ்டிக் கவசத்தினைப் பாராயணம் செய்துவருபவர், ‘ஹரியண்ணா’ என்று எல்லோராலும் அன்பாக அழைக்கப்படும் திரு. ஹரி கிருஷ்ணன் சிறப்பு விருந்தினராகக் கலந்துகொண்டு நிகழ்ச்சியைச் சிறப்பித்தார். கந்த சஷ்டிக் கவசத்தினைப் பாராயணம் செய்யும் முறை, கவசத்தினைப் பற்றியச் சுவையான பல தகவல்களைப் பகிர்ந்துகொண்டு ‘ஒருநாள் முப்பத்தாறு உருக் கொண்டு ஓதியே செபித்து உகந்து நீறணிய’ என்ற கவச வரிகளுக்கு விளக்கமளித்து உரையாடினார். தற்போது அச்சுப் பதிப்புகளிலும், இணையத்திலும் கிடைக்கும் கந்த சஷ்டிக் கவசத்தில் காணப்படும் பிழைகளையெல்லாம் களைந்து திருத்திய வடிவத்தினை அனைவரும் பயன் பெறும் வகையில் வெளியிட்டுள்ளார்.
திரு. ஹரிகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்களின் உரையைத் தொடர்ந்து நிகழ்ச்சியில் பங்கேற்ற அனைவரும் ஒரு சேர ஒரே சமயத்தில் துதிப்போர்க்கு வல்வினைபோம் துன்பம்போம் நெஞ்சில் என்று நேரிசை வெண்பாவில் துவங்கும் முதல் வரியுடன், அமர ரிடர் தீர அமரம் புரிந்த குமரனடி நெஞ்சே குறி என்ற குறள் வெண்பாவைப் பாடி தொடர்ந்து நிலைமண்டில ஆசிரியப்பாவில் அமையப் பெற்ற கந்த சஷ்டிக் கவசத்தினை ஒரு முகமாக முருகனை நினைத்துத் துதித்துப் பாராயணம் செய்தனர். நிகழ்ச்சியின் முடிவில் அனைவரும் மனமுருகி ‘வெற்றி வேல் முருகனுக்கு அரோகரா’ என்று பல முறை கோஷமெழுப்பினர்.

அமெரிக்காவில் கந்த சஷ்டிக் கவசத்தினை இப்படி ஒரே சமயத்தில் பல்வேறு நாடுகளிலிருந்து இந்துத் தமிழர்களைப் பங்கெடுக்க வைத்து பாராயணம் செய்யும் நிகழ்ச்சியை இணையம் வாயிலாக வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்தியிருக்கிறது பாரதி தமிழ்ச் சங்கம். பகுத்தறிவு என்னும் பெயரில், போர்வையில் மறைந்து கொண்டு, அறியாமையின் ஆழத்தில் மூழ்கி , தெய்வ நம்பிக்கை கொண்ட மக்களையும் அவரது உணர்வுகளையும் புண்படுத்துவதை இந்துக்கள் இனியும் பொறுக்க வேண்டியதில்லை. அப்படி இழிவான செயல்களில் இறங்குபவர்களுக்கு எதிர்வினையாகத் தானும் இறங்காமல், தமது நம்பிக்கைகளை உயர்த்திப் பிடித்து, ஆன்மீக வழியில் தனது வன்மையான கண்டனங்களைப் பாரதி தமிழ்ச் சங்கம் பதிவு செய்திருக்கிறது.

Tamil Nadu has become a place not suitable for Hindus, none of the Dravidian parties have condemed the act of Kandhashasti being portrayed in a most vulgar way. This kind of things are happening for quit sometime now, people from different faiths with this intention as assumed hindu name to defame hindu gods, no action is being initiated so far, this fellow Vairamuthu, is in that list. I think it is hightime people should kick these Dravidian parties and vote for a secular party like BJP.
பக்தர்கள் வழககம் போல் சஷ்டி கவசம் பாடிக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றார்கள்.எந்த தொய்வும் இல்லை. கருப்பர்கள் கூட்டம் மக்களைஏமாற்றி வயிறு வளா்க்கும் கூட்டம். ஐயா வைகுண்டா் தனது அருள் நூலில் சில கயவர்களை ” வளா்த்து அறுப்பேன் ” என்கிறாா்.
இறைவனுக்கு என்று உலகபரிபாலன திட்டம் ஒன்று உள்ளது. அதன்படியே அனைத்தும் நடக்கும். நாம் இந்துபண்பாட்டை நமது வாழ்வில் வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும். அது போதும்.
இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை என்ற ஒரு கேடுகெட் அமைப்பை சீர்திருத்தம் செய்ய வேண்டும். இது குறித்த ஒரு விவாதத்தை தொடங்கலாம். மேற்படி துறையின் செயல்பாடுகளை காலத்திற்கு தக்க மாற்றிட தங்களின் பாிந்துரைகளை பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும். அட்மின் அவர்கள் அதற்கு இசைவு அளிக்க வேண்டுகிறேன்.

The belief in God and the denial of that belief – both always co-exist in the history of our civilization. In Tamil Nadu, as elsewhere, the non-believers or atheists will continue to survive, however much we try to annihilate them. We can kill people or silence them, we cannot permanently crush them beyond existence. Because they represent ideas. Ideas cannot be killed.
Both types of human beings are God’s own creation. The non-believers are like an opposition party in a government. If they don’t exist, the believers, the ruling party, will run amok. Healthy opposition is good, very good, can rein in you from harming society. Never dream that you will have a Tamil Nadu without them.
It is also a delusion to say people with fake Hindu names criticize the religion. There may be some infiltrators. Overall, it is the children born of Hindu parents, who are in the vanguard of atheism. Not old people. Young and current generations they are!
Surprisingly, you may find them in a family of orthodox Hindus also. The proper response to them is to cut off all sore thumbs in belief system and its practice and to make it fully a service to humanity, i.e. to pull your religion out of your puja rooms or temples, as Swami Vivekananda said: Service to man is service to God. Theory is useless if not put in practice.
Furthermore, it is ignorance or arrogance to cage God assuming He is for the believers only. Misconception. He does not condemn non-believers just because they curse Him or antagonized you. Aren’t they His creations themselves? How can a mother discard her own baby it kicks her? This is the point in the pasurams of Kula Sekara Azhwaar, (However repeatedly You chase me, I shall cling to You. However deep gash You in me, I shall not leave You like the patient trusts in his Dr on the operation table). Nammazhvaar, in the first 10 of his Thiruvaimozhi, says categorically that his God does not discriminate between believers and non-believers. Both Ram and Ravan are characters in His leela.
Atheism or non-belief is a by product of Belief in God, especially when people abuse the Belief to harm the general society of believers. Atheism is born out of that anti-social scenario. On witnessing the scenario, some within the society of believers grow skeptical of belief and finally end up on the other camp. They think, the more the Belief in a person, the worse he becomes villainous with others!
Never is Belief born out of Non-belief. Belief is action. Non-belief is reaction. Suppose the Believers are models of conduct and keep only the welfare of society in practicing their belief adhering to Swami Vivekananda’s saying, the non-believers, atheists and skeptics will not have been born. There is no raison d etre at all. If at all they were skeptical already, they will turn to imitate the models you show up before them now.
The main problem is with the believers is that they think or assume their Belief and the practical society are two watertight compartments. This segregation leads to hypocrisy, which is noted by non-believers. Because the people who created the religion did not intend it to remain on papers or palm leaves.
A current example of how a model can enter into other minds comes from the Liverpool FC forward Mohammad Sala. He became a glittering star in the galaxy of Liverpool players in EPL session that ended last week. He is an Egyptian Muslim. Before the match begins he kneels down in prayer, and, after every score, he kneels down again in thanks, and after the match is over, does the same. Liverpool FC is the current champions of EPL. His life, on and off field, is pious and unpretentious; and his private life, as a husband, and a brother and a son, is an alluring example, so attractive that some English players and fans have turned Muslims. In other words, Mohammed Sala presents a powerful model of a good Believer and his life is enough to turn non-believers into believers.
As Believers, may we be models for non believers to emulate, in personal and public life; and the non-believers cannot help avoiding the sight of you, to reexamine their non belief.
